KLIMEX was founded by research assosiate, eng. Krassimir Petrov in 1991 as a sole trader.

In 1992 the company was the first in Bulgaria to receive the rights of an official distributor of Tecumseh (brand L'Unite Hermetique) - France - a world leader in the manufacturing of hermetic compressors and cooling units for refrigeration.

Since 1996 the company is a limited liability company.

In 1998, as a partner of Magnum 7 OOD Klimex assembled the refrigeration installation of Metro - Plovdiv 1, one of the first two hypermarkets in Bulgaria.

Since then Klimex has built numerous refrigeration installations for supermarkets, meat and dairy factories, storage plants, etc. 

In 2009 Klimex has moved to its new base - one of our largest and most ambitious projects
